An 18-unit apartment block, on speed-dial
Body corporate work is a particular discipline. It rewards a sparky who knows the building — the older wiring, the upgraded sections, the cupboard the riser is hiding in, the resident on level three who's away at the moment. After five years on this block I'm rarely starting from scratch on a call.
What the building manager actually buys: a phone that gets answered, a tradesperson who can talk to residents without making it weird, and call-outs that don't turn into multi-week sagas because nobody knows what's where.
"He does an excellent job at very reasonable rates. Communication and attention to detail are outstanding."
— Barton Greaves, Building Manager
